1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a username you choose.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Platform, including apps you list, feedback you submit, and credits you earn or spend.

Payment data: When you purchase credits, Stripe processes your payment. We receive a confirmation and the number of credits to add to your account. We do not store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the Platform: We use your information to create and manage your account, process transactions, and facilitate feedback exchanges between builders and testers.

To improve the Platform: Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand how the Platform is used and where to invest improvements.

To communicate with you: We may email you about your account, important Platform updates, or (if you opt in) product news.

3. Information Sharing

Your username is displayed publicly on the leaderboard and alongside feedback you submit. Your email address is never shared publicly.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers only as necessary to operate the Platform — Supabase (database and auth) and Stripe (payments).

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), bcrypt-hashed passwords, and row-level security policies on our database.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to our processing of it.
