1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildAi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.

2. Description of Service

BuildAi is a peer-to-peer testing exchange platform where builders list AI-assisted apps for review and testers provide structured feedback in exchange for credits.

Credits are the internal currency of BuildAi. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Credits are earned through providing feedback and purchased via Stripe.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits can be purchased via Stripe using real currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

When you list an app, credits are locked in escrow. Escrow credits are returned to your balance if a mission is cancelled or expires with unused budget.

BuildAi charges a platform fee of 25% on each approved feedback transaction. This fee is deducted from the escrow and is non-refundable.

5. Feedback Quality

Testers agree to provide honest, constructive, and specific feedback. Vague, irrelevant, or misleading feedback may be rejected by app owners without credit payment.

App owners must review feedback in good faith. Systematic rejection of valid feedback to avoid paying credits is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

Feedback not reviewed within 48 hours is automatically approved and credits are released to the tester.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to submit spam, fraudulent, or automated feedback. You may not test your own apps, create multiple accounts to abuse the credit system, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform.

Posting apps that contain malware, phishing content, or illegal material is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant BuildAi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in connection with the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BuildAi does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any feedback submitted through the Platform.

BuildAi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
